Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Landercrest Wealth Management platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of a jurisdiction in which Landercrest's services are permitted. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
2. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@landercrestwealth.com.
3. Investment Services
Landercrest manages client funds in global Forex and Cryptocurrency markets. Investment returns are not guaranteed. The value of investments can go up as well as down and you may receive back less than you invest. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
- All deposits are subject to verification and approval
- Withdrawals are processed within 1–7 business days
- Minimum withdrawal amount is $50
- You may have only one pending withdrawal at a time
- Landercrest reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any transaction
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Submit false or misleading KYC/AML information
- Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime
- Create multiple accounts
6. Fees
Applicable fees, if any, will be disclosed to you prior to executing a transaction. Landercrest reserves the right to amend its fee structure with reasonable prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology on this platform are the exclusive property of Landercrest Wealth Management, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Landercrest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or as required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting support, subject to the settlement of any outstanding transactions.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
